Job description:
Warehouse Manager at teamtechnik Production Technology China
Responsibility and main tasks:
• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Plan out all warehouse resources and activities in keeping with the company’s objectives and targets.
• Ensure that all the health and safety requirements are met and also has to take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.
• Find out and implement cost reduction measures in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities.
• Measures of improvement and development of the warehouse.
Requirements and qualifications:
• Electrical/Automation Engineer or Technician
• Minimum 2 years work experience in materials management
• PC skills: MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Skills in ERP system: materials management (KingDee preferred)
• Basic knowledge of English, fluent Chinese
• Desired personality
